落地鏜銑床加工的(de)主(zhu)軸(zhou)軸(zhou)心(xin)線(xian)的(de)豎(shu)直(zhi)或(huo)平(ping)行(xing)麵(mian)。生(sheng)產(chan)加(jia)工(gong)較(jiao)細(xi)致(zhi)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)工(gong)件(jian)時(shi)能(neng)用(yong)百(bai)分(fen)表(biao)對(dui)固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)動(dong)鉗(qian)口(kou)開(kai)展(zhan)校(xiao)正(zheng)。校(xiao)正(zheng)平(ping)整(zheng)度(du)時(shi),將(jiang)百(bai)分(fen)表(biao)基(ji)座(zuo)吸(xi)在(zai)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)滑(hua)軌(gui)表(biao)麵(mian),使(shi)百(bai)分(fen)表(biao)測(ce)量(liang)杆(gan)與(yu)固(gu)定(ding)不(bu)動(dong)鉗(qian)口(kou)平(ping)麵(mian)圖(tu)豎(shu)直(zhi),讓(rang)斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)與(yu)直(zhi)口(kou)的(de)平(ping)麵(mian)圖(tu)觸(chu)碰(peng),其(qi)縮(suo)小(xiao)範(fan)疇(chou)應(ying)操(cao)縱(zong)在(zai)0.3-0.4mm之(zhi)內(nei),豎(shu)向(xiang)挪(nuo)動(dong)操(cao)作(zuo)台(tai),觀(guan)查(zha)百(bai)分(fen)表(biao)讀(du)標(biao)值(zhi),若(ruo)讀(du)值(zhi)在(zai)鉗(qian)口(kou)總(zong)長(chang)範(fan)疇(chou)內(nei)一(yi)致(zhi),則(ze)其(qi)部(bu)位(wei)恰(qia)當(dang)。校(xiao)正(zheng)其(qi)平(ping)麵(mian)度(du)時(shi),將(jiang)百(bai)分(fen)表(biao)基(ji)座(zuo)吸(xi)在(zai)床(chuang)體(ti)滑(hua)軌(gui)平(ping)麵(mian)圖(tu)上(shang),橫(heng)著(zhe)挪(nuo)動(dong)操(cao)作(zuo)台(tai)開(kai)展(zhan)檢(jian)測(ce)。
